Less than one Star review.. Purchase snack and water at self serve CIBO Express, Never Again will I do business with this company. No prices listed, did not print a receipt when I paid. After getting back from trip, dealt with customer service on phone to get receipt sent to my email. Come to find out, Water was $5.79 (ok, it is at airport so not bad), but 12oz bag of Blue Diamond almonds for snack was $18.99. WOW, really? So warning, if you don't see a price, don't buy.

At the store located across gate C 14 the girl is more interested wrapping herself up in a blanket than she is working. She stands at the register, well off to the side of the register wrapped up in a blanket anyone that approaches the register is told to go to the self checkout kiosk I asked for a discount code because if I am checking myself out then I am employed And she looked at me like I was stupid and told me that I either use self checkout or I don’t get my drink I was trying to purchase. I said I am trying to purchase it at the register. I am not a employee so I should not have to check myself out. She told me that if I did not want to use self check out then she was not going to let me buy my drink.

I travel regularly for work. I stopped at CIBO at the Houston IAH airport, in a rush to get to a connecting flight. I purchased 3 sandwiches, 3 bags of chips and 3 waters for a total of 75.00. No paper receipt available, I requested an emailed receipt. It has been 2 weeks and I have not received a receipt, I need this in order to submit to my employer for reimbursement. I have made 2 request via their form online. Terrible customer service. I will never shop at this market again ever and I will caution others to avoid this place at all cost.

Outrageous prices and bad food ! $16 for a soggy chicken wrap. Wanted a coffee and the server was nowhere to be seen. Hand written sign “on break” right over the busy morning rush. Self checkout offered to email receipt which did not work and no option to print.

I recently made a purchase here and 3 of 4 kiosks wouldn't take my payment. They had a sign somewhat hidden on only one kiosk. Everyone was funneled towards one kiosk which I believe was done deliberately. The next day I had a charge for $132.59 at Top Golf in Atlanta and $38 in parking. I had a few more charges from Jackson, Ms at Marathon Petro and Coin Op Technologies. I done some research on the kiosks and the Coin Op business and its sketchy. The kiosks are model RSX1000 and they *copy cards and online accounts*, they're made by ACDI @ acd-inc.com. You can tell by the logo on the screen of those kiosks that it's the same as in iah. Coin-Op Technologies is located at 736 Westerly Dr Brandon, MS 39042. I had fraudulent charges that came from Jackson, Ms and I don't believe that it's a coincidence. It's an LLC with one contact on record named Mike Jones as the registered agent. Looking at the given address on Zillow would make you think fraud. Idk how this establishment is running like this with constant issues inside of a major airport. I will continue to investigate to build a case and take legal action. If you make a purchase here be sure to monitor your account statement afterwards.

Expensive but in an airport so not many choices available. I was happy to find a salmon salad, as a healthier option but service was super slow. So order ahead. They also have a good healthier selection of snacks to go.

Terrible dining experience. They are slow, use dirty dishes and half their machines don't work. When I told the server his credit card reader didn't work, he told me to switch seats and re-order. I wish I would have glanced at reviews prior to eating here.

$15 for a cold hard dry bread sandwich. Recommend going to the pizza place or a fresh sandwich place for just a couple bucks more. They all want $5 for a candy bar.
