Unfortunately this was the worst dining out experience we’ve ever had.
We made a reservation for 8:30 PM but when we arrived they hadn’t finished setting up the space yet. It took 30 minutes till we got seated. We were told to sit at the bar and have drinks, which we assumed were complementary, since this was due to their disorganisation, which we later found out weren’t. Once we got seated and we ordered the starters we were given a dish which had raw salmon in it, although we specifically asked beforehand if it was cooked, since I couldn’t have raw salmon.
The food came ca. 40 minutes after we had ordered. We ordered more drinks which one of them got completely spilled on my husbands clothes by the waiter. In addition to that the service left us with the impression our table got completely ignored, as empty dishes were not cleared from our table for long periods of time. The place looks very nice at first glance but you could literally see how disorganised the staff was, as we got brought food to our table at least 3 times, which we hadn’t ordered. In the end we voiced our disappointment to give them a chance to make it right because a bad review right at a start of a business could be damaging, but unfortunately got met with reluctance and a discount of 5 euro. Sadly this poor experience completely ruined our last evening. Wouldn’t recommend if you want to have a somewhat decent dining experience.

Its the second time i come to this place for night party and as soon as they see i dont speak english they say they are closed, with a full line behind me going inside after i turn around and go about my life. Funny thing is im not a tourist here, im an investor in this city and i get this treatment. Its sad. I tried to ask why they do this for the second time and one of the security guards started getting aggressive and slapping me on my back telling me to go. So if you dont speak italian dont try to come have a good time at night at this place. I highly recommend Canneto beach right next to it

5 stelle sono poche. Adoro l’idea con cui è stato concepito questo posto.
Siamo stati oggi al gazebo con la vasca idromassaggio, ci ritorneremo quanto prima.
Un servizio impeccabile, posto pulito, silenzioso, i lettini supercomodi, il cibo a dir poco squisito.
Il posto perfetto per rilassarsi davvero.

Abbiamo preso hydro gazebo, per il compleanno del mio ragazzo. Eravamo in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il cibo, il personale e i servizi offerti sono ottimi.
Ci voleva un posto del genere in zona. Ottimo! Sicuramente ci torneremo presto❤️

Sono stata a cena, posto molto elegante, cibo molto buono ma porzioni minime e molto care. L' angus ( due pezzettini €24). Personale gentile meno il proprietario. Consiglierei di abbassare un po' il volume della musica così si potrebbe ballare oltre le 02.00.

Esperienza purtroppo pessima.
Eravamo in 4: due amici ricevono il loro piatto subito, mentre noi altri due abbiamo atteso quasi due ore per la carne ordinata.
Segnalato il ritardo al responsabile, ha fatto finta di stupirsi e ci ha detto che avrebbe chiesto in cucina. Poco dopo arriva un secondo responsabile, anche lui con la stessa “scenetta” di stupore, assicurandoci che la carne era “in cottura” e pronta in due minuti.

Il tempo passa, ritorna il primo responsabile e finalmente ci viene detto che… il nostro taglio era finito, perché non avevano scongelato abbastanza carne (sì, carne congelata, in un locale che dovrebbe servire qualità). Era rimasto un solo pezzo: il mio amico, ormai affamato, accetta. Passa un’altra mezz’ora… e della carne ancora nulla.

Alla fine, esasperati, chiediamo il conto. Nessuno ha chiesto scusa, nessuno ha proposto un’alternativa, nessun gesto per rimediare. Al momento del pagamento, hanno semplicemente tolto i piatti mai arrivati, facendo finta di nulla.

Un peccato, ma dopo questa esperienza di scarsa organizzazione, mancanza di rispetto per il cliente e zero attenzione al servizio, non torneremo.

Локация красивая,но каблуки точно нет. Пол весь в мелких камнях,не знала пришла на каблуках и сидела весь вечер 😅Еда неплохая но порции маленькие , обслуживание ОЧЕНЬ медленное,иногда про вас могут и вовсе забыть.
