Very clean and simple hotel. There are restaurant & coffee shops Down there.
And the staff are very friendly.
Only not much soundproofing and you can hear every car go and come.
Anyway we are satisfied and good staying!

Rooms are cute and clean. All are very kind and helpful.
The restaurant was amazing. We were three and ordered four dishes. All were really good.
Also the french fries were how they should be, crunchy.
If I have a chance, I'll come again 🙂 <3

There are not enough superlatives to describe how perfect this hotel was for our 4-night stay in the Dolomites. We were a small group of cyclists there in the quest to conquer the mighty Monte Zoncolan. This is a boutique family-run hotel where you are made to feel like family by Guilia and her wonderful team from the off. The rooms are simple, impeccably clean, modern with a quality finish. The food and beverage fantastic in the lovely communal bar, dining area and outside terrace. As well as tourists the restaurant, bar and atmosphere captures many locals making for a buzzy and super pleasant feel. The service we had for the 4 days was phenomenally friendly, helpful and above all made us feel at home. Great safe storage area for our bikes and boxes in the large basement room too. One of the nicest local places we have stayed at for a long long time, amazing value for money and to be highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore this lovely region of Italy. Thank you Guilia, Giulia's mum, Luka and all the staff for such a wonderful stay!!

Absolutely amazing stay, wonderful staff that's always friendly and the food selection as well as the sweets are delightful. Definitely coming back.

Stayed here whilst on the way to Croatia last year and highly recommend! The food was incredible and reasonably priced, as was the room, the beer was fantastic and the staff were very accommodating. The room was clean and has the most amazing mountain view from the windows at the front. Will definitely be returning at some point, the only minor downside was the dated decor but it was fitting with its surroundings.

After an initial negative impact (our booking did not appear) resolved promptly, however, I must say that we were very happy.
Although from the outside the building looks a little too dated, I must say that the room that was assigned to us was clean and very modern, with all the brand new equipment, from the services, to the television, to the air conditioning. It even had electrically operated shutters.
Tolmezzo, sorry to say, it seemed to us an absolutely anonymous place and therefore the hotel rates do not think they can reach the peaks of the tourist resorts, but the fact remains that paying for a double € 70 is certainly a satisfactory solution.

On our way from Germany to Croatia we chose this hotel for our over night stay. The hotel and Restaurant was close because of the public holiday weekend. However, we had a big room for the 4 of us. 2 rooms and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was generous and real nice. It felt good to be there and pur vacation immediately started. People were very nice and helpful. Great Place to stay!

We came with our bicycles. We arrived at 21h, but they waited for us. We asjed for a room to have a shower up to 14h, and they provided one room for us. They have been very gentle. |The price was really good. Food and breakfast were good as well. Rooms were clean and beds were good.|
